Duties: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including reports on progress and any changes made. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel. Utilise Civil 3D software for site planning and design as needed. Implement time management strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency on-site. Must Have: Experience managing on bespoke fitout project Valid in date tickets. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
