Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer with pre plaster experience to join our construction team. Duties
* Assist in various construction projects, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
* Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks.
* Engage in hardscape projects, including tile laying and flooring installation.
* Support the installation of cabinets, doors, and glass fixtures.
* Execute plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Conduct inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
* Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management is a plus.
* Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating techniques is beneficial.
* Experience in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
* Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction site protocols.
* Proficiency in various trades such as welding, roofing, fabricating, and restoration work is highly desirable.
* Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
