The Role
* Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
* Coordinating safeguarding and compliance checks
* Maintaining HR systems and personnel records
* Supporting absence management processes
* Assisting with employee relations matters
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR enquiries
Requirements
Applicants should have:
* Previous HR experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* The legal right to work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* £36,000 – £41,000 per annum
