Your Impact – Senior People Leadership and HR Excellence
* Develop and execute a progressive HR strategy that fosters high performance and employee engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, shaping business decisions through people insights
* Lead effective talent management: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives
* Champion an inclusive and positive workplace culture that values diversity and equity
* Oversee employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and performance policies and processes
* Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and best practice
* Coordinate learning and development programmes to upskill our teams
* Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and translate insights into action
What You’ll Bring – Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, design, or SME settings
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) preferred
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation
* Experience with change management and facilitating organisational development
* Innovative, solutions-focused, and comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
* Personal integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
