Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities

Candidate Sourcing: Leverage our database and job boards to find top talent
Candidate Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle with the support of a dedicated delivery team
Team Support: Mentor and guide team members to develop recruitment best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Recruitment, telesales, client-facing, or technical retail experience
Highly motivated and target-driven with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication and adaptability
