Job Opportunity : Site Manager – Warehouse Refurbishment

Duration : 6 Months (Starting January)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Manager to lead a warehouse refurbishment project in Stafford. This is a great opportunity to oversee a fast-paced scheme with a reputable contractor, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live refurbishment project
* Manage subcontractors, deliveries, scheduling, and site documentationEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
* Liaise with the client, project team, and external stakeholders
* Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on warehouse or industrial refurbishments
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid
* Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and quality standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a busy site with multiple subcontractor packages
