Time 4 Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Site Manager working for a well-established Property Developer based in Pembroke Dock Starting Monday 4th August 2025 for one weeks work As Temporary Site Manager it is vital you come from a social housing background. My client works on new build, residential, social housing and sustainability projects Start date : Monday 4th August 2025 for 1 week holiday cover – Pembroke Dock As an experience Site Manager, you will need to hit the ground running - supporting all labourer on site for this new build, social housing project projects. Key responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for, although not limited to: * Managing all workers on site. * Liaising with main contractors and subcontractors on site * Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance. * Tool box talks * Ensuring the package is on time against programme * Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands. * Ensuring the safety of all site personnel Skills and Experience: * 5 years Previous Site Management experience on social housing projects * Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. * Excellent Health and Safety knowledge. * Holds valid CSCS card * Completed and passed SMSTS * Valid First Aid certificate To have a friendly and approachable attitude to work. * To be flexible and adaptable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a pro-active worker. * Work well under pressure and to deadlines/targets Benefits: * 8 hour Shifts * £28 to £30 per hour * Temporary role * Weekly pay * One weeks work * Starting Monday 4th August 2025 * Location – Pembroke Dock To apply please forward CV to Hazel Baron through the website
