Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) – Leicester

Duration: 10 week
Shift: Nights (10-hour shifts)
Rate: £350–£380 per shift (DOE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality
* Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
* Keep accurate site records and reports
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
* Availability to commit to a 9‑month night shift contract
