Role Description
TIA Wheels is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our growing team, supporting B2B sales of commercial steel and aluminium wheels.
This role combines sales support, account management, customer service, and CRM administration, working closely with an established customer base to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries, orders, and communications
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Support account management and sales activity
* Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
* Develop product, SAP, and system knowledge
* Collaborate across departments to improve customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales and customer service experience is essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Positive, team‑oriented attitude
* SAP or technical sales experience advantageous
