We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations. The HR Officer will manage employee lifecycle activities and HR administration for our workforce across Ireland and the UK, supporting our commitment to employee satisfaction and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a central point of contact for employees, providing advice and support.
* Collaborate with the HR Operations team to deliver effective HR services and ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Manage day-to-day HR processes, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding activities.
* Support performance reviews, probation processes, and organizational initiatives.
* Maintain HR data accuracy and security in HR systems.
* Assist with payroll inputs, employee benefits, and annual pay reviews.
* Contribute to HR projects and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in HR administration within a busy, multi-site environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
* Knowledge of local employment legislation is desirable.
* Third-level education in HR or business administration preferred.
