About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop the Quality function within a growing, high-technology manufacturing facility in Newbury. The company designs and produces high-performance interconnect solutions used in aerospace, defence, renewable energy, and advanced engineering applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive quality excellence, ensure compliance to ISO and AS standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality team to ensure product and process compliance.
* Maintain and enhance Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001).
* Drive best practice and continuous improvement across production and engineering teams.
* Conduct internal and external audits, manage non-conformances, and close out corrective actions.
* Support supplier quality management, customer audits, and on-site inspections.
* Collaborate with all departments to embed a proactive quality culture.
