Site Manager – Super Prime Residential * Super Prime Country Home project * Projects ranging from £5m - £20m in contract values * Financially robust, long-established employer * Growing company with great career development potential The Company: * Established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace in London, The South East and South. * They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover. * Their projects include the refurbishment of large country homes and estates, new build Super Prime country residences, and the refurbishment and fit out of London townhouses and apartments. * Projects range from £2m to over £80m in contract value. The opportunity: * Working out of their Head Office, you will be site based on a Super Prime residential project. * Working with some of the country's best subcontractors, consultants and architects delivering a truly magnificent property. * Seeking candidates with a stable career history and 10 - 15 years of experience managing high-quality residential refurbishment/build (single dwelling) projects ranging from £5m in contract value. * Candidates will ideally have a carpentry trade background, however this is not essential. * This is a permanent position, and they are looking for candidates who are seeking a long-term role to assist on further future work in the region. * They invest heavily in their team and provide opportunity for continual challenge and growth, within a culture that promotes wellbeing and job satisfaction.
