A leading provider of treatment products for the building services industry is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Executive to join their Commercial Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to support continued commercial growth through proactive sales activity.
As a Telephone Sales Executive you can benefit from:
£13 hourly rate (Equivalent of £16,900 pa)
Monthly commission (pro-rata £3,000 annually uncapped, based on team targets)
Annual bonus (pro-rata £3,000 based on team performance uncapped)
20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)

The role of a Telephone Sales Executive will include:
Making outbound calls to build and maintain relationships with contractors and merchants
Following up on appointed projects and negotiating pricing to secure orders
Managing and updating CRM systems with project and account activity
Preparing and issuing quotations for projects
Supporting regional team sales targets and collaborating across regions when needed
Contributing to a high-performing, values-driven sales culture
The ideal Telephone Sales Executive should have the following skills and experience:
Passion for sales and achieving targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Previous B2B or telesales experience (preferred)
