The Role
To ensure the smooth running of our client’s recycling facility. Managing staff rota’s, sickness, and holiday. Recruiting new staff and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction and maintaining the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.
The Onsite recruiter will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business to recruit, train, and support the best workforce for the business.
Overview
* You will support the smooth running of the facilities.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
* Managing the onsite flexible workforce, including staff rota’s, sickness, holiday, and processing timesheets.
* Recruiting flexible workers and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.
* Completing weekly payroll.
* Carrying out onsite inductions when required.
* Managing compliance and employee records.
* Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction and upholding the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.
* Ensuring that site Health, Safety, and Environmental standards (including housekeeping) are maintained to a high standard.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential.
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
* Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage.
* Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
* Excellent level of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
* Very good level of numeracy.
* Ability to multitask while under pressure.
* Flexible, adaptable approach is essential.
