What You’ll Be Doing
With full training and support, you’ll learn to:
* Research businesses across Germany and Europe to understand market trends
* Identify, engage, and screen high-potential candidates in both German and English
* Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ motivations and career goals
* Support client interactions and help define recruitment needs
* Work towards clear KPIs and revenue goals with structured support
* Collaborate with a high-performing, friendly team
* Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and grow your professional network
You’ll play a vital role in helping clients find the right talent, and in guiding candidates through life-changing career moves.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need recruitment experience—we’ll teach you that. But you will need:
* A degree (any subject welcome)
* Fluency in both German and English (spoken & written)
* A strong work ethic and a self-motivated mindset
* Confidence in communication and an interest in people
* Curiosity, resilience, and the drive to build a long-term career
* An interest in recruitment, consulting, or the wider talent industry
