ECR Global is growing and we’re looking for a high-performing established Senior Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys owning both business development and delivery.
🔎 The Role:
* Full 360 recruitment responsibility (business development + resourcing)
* Win new clients and grow existing PSL accounts
* Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates
* Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
* Contribute to the growth and success of ECR Global
💡 What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in business development within recruitment (essential)
* Strong background in end-to-end resourcing/delivery
* Ideally experience in IT Recruitment or Consulting sector
* Confident, commercially minded, and target-driven
* Able to commute to Potters Bar
