* L3 course work.
* Training, NGB's, courses etc.

* Able to work as part of a team. Previous coaching experience is helpful, a passion for the outdoors, being fit and active helps. Being flexible and understanding this is not a Mon-Fri, 9-5 role in the slightest.

Minimum Wage will be paid for the duration of the apprenticeship, for those aged 18 and below at £6.40 per hour. For those aged 19 and above, the Apprentice Minimum Wage of £6.40 will be paid for the first year and then increased to National Minimum Wage for age thereafter.
