Outdoor instructor job description

As an Outdoor Instructor, your role involves leading and engaging groups in outdoor activities, including, but not limited to, hiking, climbing, canoeing, and team-building exercises. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants, providing instruction and guidance on techniques and equipment, and facilitating an enjoyable and educational experience. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, combined with a passion for outdoor pursuits and a strong commitment to safety. Suitable candidates must hold relevant qualifications in outdoor education or similar fields and be prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
