Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Roofing Quality Manager. The position is based from the Gloucester Office, covering areas of the South West and Wales. The Roofing Quality Manager will oversee all aspect of quality control in roofing projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include performing on-site inspections, coordinating with project teams, monitoring workmanship and materials, documenting compliance and managing quality assurance processes. This role also involves maintaining communication with clients and resolving quality-related concerns as they arise.
Qualifications
* Experience in roofing systems, waterproofing and construction techniques.
* Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and project supervision.
* Ability to conduct detailed on-site inspections and identify potential risks or issues.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and liaise with clients.
* Proficiency in report writing, documentation and basic computer skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to construction and roofing.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
* Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred.
