Interim HR Manager - 15-Month Contract
Location: Runcorn
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive plus car and Bonus

We're working with a manufacturing client seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to support their team over the next 15 months. This hands-on role involves being the main contact for all HR matters, working closely with site leadership and mentoring the existing HR Officer.
The Role Will Involve
* Acting as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues
* Leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting the HR Officer
* Advising and supporting line managers, especially around recruitment and senior hires
* Ensuring HR policies are up to date and legally compliant
* Managing employee issues including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.
* Driving employee engagement initiatives
* Liaising with the parent company on policies, events, and compliance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* CIPD Level 7 (or working towards it)
* 5+ years' experience in a similar HR Manager role
* A strong grasp of UK employment law
* Confidence working autonomously and supporting senior stakeholders
Manufacturing Experience (a Plus, But Not Essential)
