Post: Site Manager
Salary: Grade E – £33,012 FTE / £13,755 Pro Rata
Hours: Part‑time (15 hours between 3pm and 6pm, Mon‑Fri)
We are looking to appoint a part‑time, proactive, hard‑working Site Manager to join our exceptional school from January 2026. The role will be supported by a hard‑working Caretaker during the school day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to the school’s premises, including maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and contract management.
* Performing DIY tasks and working independently or under guidance from the School Business Manager and the Headteacher.
* Managing occasional paid overtime for evening and weekend openings for school events and meetings.
The right candidate will also:
* Display good interpersonal skills with families, staff, governors, contractors and visitors.
