The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent logistical planning, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all facilities, supporting the school's prestigious academic environment. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Management of the premises team, oversight of day-to-day operations, and strategic input into future site development. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all facilities comply with statutory regulations and maintaining rigorous security and access controls across the historic campus. Facilities Management: Managing cyclical maintenance programmes, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring the estate is optimally presented at all times.
