Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing commercial support and risk management across three project workstreams:
* DNO – building primary substations on DNO frameworks
* ICP – new and upgraded power connections for industrial and commercial clients
* EV – design and build of high-powered charging hubs
* Major Projects - delivering large-scale projects at voltages from 11kV to 132kV
You will support our Design, Project, and Delivery teams throughout all project phases, ensuring safe and quality installations, managing risks, assessing design safety, and overseeing site contractors and internal teams. A balance between commerciality and stakeholder management is essential to optimize performance and maintain our industry-leading reputation.
We seek a qualified Site Manager with experience in the energy sector (DNO, ICP, EV, etc.), strong civil management skills, and preferably temporary work experience. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide are required.
