This newly scoped role will support a broad organisational development agenda, driving initiatives that lift employee experience, strengthen leadership capability and embed a consistent group-wide culture. Working closely with senior leaders, this position will take ownership of culture, engagement and EDI programmes, ensuring activity is insight-driven, measurable and aligned to organisational priorities. You will bring credibility, a collaborative style, and the confidence to influence at all levels across a diverse and multi-site environment.
