Production Operative – Multiple Needs
Location: Desford
Salary: Initially £39,268 rising to £45,869 after a minimum of 3 months
Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights
Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete start-of-shift safety checks and report any defects or issues to the Shift Manager.
2. Operate and monitor various machines throughout the production process, ensuring correct and safe operation.
3. Ability to carry out manual handling.
4. Quickly resolve stoppages or malfunctions, requesting assistance when necessary.
5. Complete and sign off operator quality checks accurately.
6. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area; carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
7. Follow all health and safetty rules and regulations.

8. Experience within a manufacturing or construction background.
9. Proactively contributes ideas and embraces continuous improvement.
