We're Danny Sullivan Group one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure workforce specialists. We supply skilled labour and technical resource to some of the biggest projects in the country. The work is complex, high-volume and high-stakes — and our recruitment function needs to match that.
This isn't a siloed delivery job. You'll be operating across the full spectrum, high-volume blue-collar trades and operatives, supervisory and technical hires, and everything in between.
You'll work closely with our Operations and Labour Management teams to get ahead of demand rather than chase it, and with our white-collar division to ensure the two functions work as one.
You'll partner with our Marketing team to shape how DSG attracts talent, building recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen our brand in the candidate market and support a more proactive, less reactive resourcing model.
Redeployment is central to how we want to operate. You'll ensure the operatives already in our network are the first call, not an afterthought.
Alongside that, you'll lead the team, own the systems and process, and ensure everything we do is compliant, consistent and commercially sharp.
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
* A track record leading high-volume blue-collar recruitment — construction or infrastructure preferred
* Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced temporary labour environments
* Confidence recruiting across blue-collar, supervisory and technical roles
* A solid grasp of CIS and PAYE workforce models
* The commercial instinct to balance short-term demand with longer-term workforce planning
* An appetite to collaborate with Operations, Marketing and the white-collar division
* Regulated infrastructure exposure (rail, highways, utilities, energy) and CRM/ATS experience are a bonus — but not a dealbreaker.
Competitive package. £60 - £70K base + Bonus
