This is a hands-on, outbound sales development role for someone motivated by driving new business growth in a scale-up B2B software company. Reporting directly to both the Account Executive and CEO and working closely with Marketing, you’ll prospect, engage, and qualify target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, and eager to start or accelerate a career in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
· Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers.
· Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and book discovery calls.
· Personalise outreach using research and insights into sector and role challenges.
Qualification & Pipeline Support
· Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria.
· Book meetings and hand overqualified opportunities to Account Executives.
· Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaign leads into pipeline opportunities.
CRM & Process Management
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, activities, and outcomes in HubSpot.
· Track and report daily & weekly activity and pipeline contribution.
· Continuously improve outreach sequences and processes through feedback and testing.
Collaboration & Learning
· Partner with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
· Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback from prospects with the wider team.
· Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to accelerate development.
What the employer is looking for:
· 1–2 years in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (B2B SaaS desirable but not required)
· University graduate (2:2 or above) or equivalent experience.
· Strong communication skills, confident on the phone and in writing.

· Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) preferred.
