Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
* Lead team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
* In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
