HR Administrator
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract-Until August 2026
Salary: £25,500 – £26,000 per annum
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected and forward-thinking Academy Trust that is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their small, friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either:- An experienced administrator looking to transition into HR, or- Someone with HR experience or a relevant qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3+)

About the Role
As HR Administrator, you’ll provide essential support across a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and policy compliance. You’ll work closely with school leaders and the wider HR team to deliver efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and systems
* Support with absence tracking and reporting
* Assist with contract preparation and policy updates
* Respond to HR queries with discretion and care
