Junior Sales Executive – South East (Ipswich / Folkestone / Kent / Suffolk / Essex – Hybrid)
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
(Hybrid working with regular client visits and occasional office collaboration)
People Solutions are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to work in logistics and freight for our client.

Day-to-Day Duties:
* Proactively identify and engage potential new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
* Research and qualify leads across sectors within your territory
* Book and attend meetings (in-person and online) with prospective clients
* Promote Solstor’s temperature-controlled and ambient freight forwarding services
* Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activity using CRM tools
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
* Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Build long-term relationships with clients and promote repeat business
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in sales
* Organised and able to manage time and diary effectively
* Confident making cold calls and building rapport quickly
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet research)
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer service (not essential)
* Experience working in a B2B sales environment
* Understanding of freight forwarding or logistics processes
* Full UK driving licence
Training:
* Full onboarding and product training provided
* Ongoing mentoring and development from senior team members
* Sales process coaching and CRM system training
* Opportunity to attend industry events and site visits to broaden knowledge
* Clear pathway for progression within the sales team
