Role Summary A modern professional service business is actively looking to recruit a HR Manager to lead its small HR function. Working in an SME (Apply online only) staff) across multiple offices you will be responsible for managing, implementing and streamlining the businesses HR process You will work in a small team with designated 1-2 HR Assistants but report directly to the Managing Director of the business. Duties (not exhaustive) - recruitment and onboarding, employee reviews, offboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits, holiday and absence administration, compliance, training and development, compliance and documentation. The role is full time and hours 09.15-17.45. This role is based in central London although a good amount of remote working will be available. As an estimate ‘on average’ you will work in the office x3 per week and work from home at least x2 per week. There will also be an expectation to travel to offices located in the home counties 1-2 times per month.
