Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and engaging senior decision makers?
Synergy Group is looking for a Senior Delegate Sales Executive to play a key role in securing high value attendees for our exclusive global B2B events. This is a high-impact position where your ability to engage influence and convert will directly shape the success of our events.

We specialise in delivering bespoke B2B events that connect senior decision makers through fine dining experiences roundtables and executive networking.

The Role
You will be responsible for identifying engaging and securing senior level attendees including Directors VPs and C suite for our global events.
This is a sales focused role where success is driven by your ability to build relationships understand business challenges, and position our events as must attend opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Delegate Acquisition and Sales
* Proactively reach out to senior decision makers across target industries
* Secure high quality attendees aligned to our clients target audience
* Manage the full outreach cycle from initial contact to confirmed attendance
* Relationship Building
* Build strong relationships with industry leaders and maintain ongoing engagement
* Position Synergy Group events as valuable insight led experiences
* Campaign Execution
* Deliver against individual KPIs and targets
* Contribute to messaging and outreach strategies across different campaigns
* CRM and Pipeline Management
* Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity through CRM systems such as HubSpot
* Track performance and continuously optimise your approach
* Attend events where required supporting delivery and strengthening relationships
What We’re Looking For
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders from Director to C suite
Strong communication objection handling and closing skills
Target driven with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
Highly organised with experience using CRM systems
Motivated resilient and thrives in a fast paced sales environment
