Freelance Site Manager Location: Near Barnet, North London Rate: £330-£340 per day (Ltd Company or Umbrella No CIS) Contract Length: 15 weeks Start Date: February Sector: Residential Conversion / Commercial-to-Residential The Opportunity A reputable contractor based in Berkshire, known for delivering high‑quality Housing, Commercial and Retail schemes, is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead a £2m refurbishment of a commercial building being converted into modern apartments. The project is already in procurement and due to begin in February, running for approximately 15 weeks. This is a great opportunity for a capable, organised Site Manager who thrives on fast‑paced refurbishments and tight programmes.
