Join an established, global energy sector business as an HR Administrator on a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administrative experience who enjoys supporting people, processes and projects within a busy HR function. You’ll play a key role in providing day‑to‑day HR support, ensuring employee records and communications are accurate and compliant.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and organising employee personnel files.
* Transferring historic HR documentation to shared servers.
* Managing the HR inbox and incoming correspondence.
* Supporting onboarding processes and tracking new hires.
* Assisting with HR forms, documentation and communications.
* Maintaining document checklists and learning records within the HR system.
* Monitoring completion of mandatory training and documentation, following up with Managers as required.
* Producing and updating documents using Microsoft Office.
* Assisting with ad‑hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working in a structured, office‑based environment.
