Site Manager - Large Commercial to Residential Project, Slough
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a significant commercial-to-residential development in Slough, scheduled for completion in April.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site activities and ensure project delivery to the client's standards.
Manage contractors and hold them accountable for quality and deadlines.
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements:
CIS or LTD status.
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects. Rate: £250 - £300 per day
