Your responsibilities as Head of Recruitment
Align recruitment strategy with wider organisational and people objectives
Support and develop site-based hiring managers to improve hiring capability
Review and optimise existing processes for consistency and efficiency
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key business areas
Lead initiatives that strengthen employer branding and market positioning
Standardise recruitment activity across sites to drive quality and performance
What were looking for in a Head of Recruitment
Extensive recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or FMCG environment
Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment capability across multiple locations
Strong analytical skills with experience improving recruitment processes
Experience designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies
Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across a business
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
