In this customer‑facing role, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, building strong relationships, and closing sales through direct interaction with clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and highly motivated to deliver excellent customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Proven experience in a customer‑facing sales role.
Responsibilities
 * Engage directly with customers through in‑person meetings, presentations, phone calls, and online communications.
 * Identify customer needs and provide tailored product or service solutions.
 * Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
 * Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
 * Be a brand ambassador and deliver sales pitches that address customer challenges and highlight key benefits.
 * Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
 * Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
 * Collaborate with internal teams selling additional services to enhance the customer journey.
 * Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
 * Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
 * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
 * Ability to travel locally as needed.
Compensation
Competitive base salary & uncapped performance‑based commission OTE £40-50k.
