The role
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring that equipment and all requirements are delivered and installed according to client SLAs and contracts. The role involves managing RAMS and Health & Safety elements, working closely with sub-contractors, and leading on-site teams. Conducting site surveys, reporting to internal teams daily, overseeing installation and de-rig processes, and ensuring proper processing of plant and machinery hire are key responsibilities. Quality control and snagging after work completion are also crucial. This is a fast-paced role requiring UK-wide travel, some weekend work (with paid overtime), and involvement in high-profile events across various sectors.
About you
We are seeking a strong Site/Installation Manager with previous supervisory experience, ideally in the events or construction industry. Excellent communication skills, organization, and diligence are essential. A passion for events is important, as travel, longer hours, and overnight stays are part of the role. A valid UK driving license is required, with occasional international travel possible.
