The Role

As a Customer Services Manager, you will manage and lead the customer service team to maintain and improve client relationships and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement policies and procedures for customer service.
2. Establish and convey standards for service.
3. Cultivate customer relations through networking.
4. Oversee daily operations of the service team.
5. Delegate tasks effectively for departmental efficiency.
6. Ensure resources for service delivery.
7. Review and manage customer complaints.
8. Handle escalated service issues.
9. Implement strategies for service quality enhancement.
Requirements:
10. Previously worked as a Customer Services Manager or in a similar role.
11. At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
12. Have industry experience.
13. Background in customer service and leadership roles.
14. Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
15. Strong product knowledge.
16. Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
17. Skilled in CRM and MS Office.
18. Ideally have experience in aviation maintenance / parts or possess a CSM background in technical fields.
