Role: Sales Executive
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Double OTE
Location: London - Hybrid
We are currently partnered with a leading HR SaaS company based in London, looking to hire a driven Sales Executive. This is an exciting, high-impact role where you will be instrumental in driving new business, expanding our client base, and contributing to the strategic growth of their HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively research target clients and opportunities globally, identifying and engaging with potential clients in both local and international markets.
* Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, including attending approved conferences.
* Plan and organise a daily work schedule to reach out to both existing and potential leads, with a focus on engaging decision-makers.
* Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns, including managing outreach to new target clients for meetings.
* Engage directly with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, performing product demos and supporting senior management in negotiating price proposals and RFPs.
* Closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation through to negotiation and agreement finalisation.
* Establish and nurture partnerships to foster new business opportunities and expand companies reach.
* Establish and maintain a deep understanding of companies platform, features, and technical specifications to effectively engage with potential clients and demonstrate value.
* Attend weekly business development/sales team meetings and provide insights to management regarding sales figures, goals, and any obstacles encountered.
* Provide constructive feedback to the Client Management and IT teams to help improve the platform and increase market share.
