The Role
This is a field-based, UK-focused sales role with a strong emphasis on opening new market opportunities and expanding LBG Medical’s presence beyond traditional podiatry into:
* Physiotherapy clinics
* Chiropractic practices
* Rehabilitation and musculoskeletal settings
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with existing healthcare customers across the NHS and private sectors
* Actively prospecting and opening new accounts within the Physiotherapy and Chiropractic markets
* Driving the adoption of the Bio range of prefabricated insoles as part of a wider biomechanical and rehabilitation offering
* Educating clinicians on product application, outcomes, and commercial opportunities
* Attending trade shows, conferences, and professional events (occasional weekend work required)
* Working remotely with regular regional travel as required
Whom We Are Looking For
* A recent graduate with experience in a sales or customer-facing role, or an early-career professional
* Desirable background in biomedical science, sports science, biology, or a clinical background such as Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Podiatry, or rehabilitation/gym-based environments
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong relationship builder with a desire to build a career in medical or healthcare sales
* Coachable and curious – open to learning, feedback, and development
* Resilient and motivated, with the grit to succeed in a consultative sales environment
* Passionate about helping clinicians improve patient outcomes through effective biomechanical solutions
The Package – Sales Executive
* £25-30K base salary
* OTE £5,000–£10,000 (uncapped)
