Quality Manager
The Quality Manager is accountable for the overall management of Quality Control systems and the quality control of the manufactured product, including:
* Supervising staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
* Preparing and compiling Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity for all products
* Maintaining the electronic Quality Control Record Management System in accordance with approved procedures and requirements, and in line with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards
* Reviewing product quality complaints and out-of-specification approvals for manufacturing and finished products, and coordinating investigations as necessary
