We are actively seeking an Application Developer to join Experis, specializing in RPA.
Job Purpose/The Role:
As an RPA Application Developer, you will convert business and IT process definitions into automated solutions to improve service delivery. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
The role requires expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, IBM RPA, including chatbot support, NLP, OCR, Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, workflow management, and RPA connectors for AI features like content creation, summarization, classification, sentiment analysis, and code generation with internal/external LLMs.
This position involves programming, tool configuration, and knowledge of SDLC.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist with development, build and test automations, and manage live automated processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Your Skills:
* Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism
* Proficient in testing and QA
* Process mapping and workflow design skills
* Troubleshooting automation issues
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Team player supporting senior developers
* Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room
* Monitoring, incident management, governance, and compliance knowledge
* Technical troubleshooting and support (L2/L3)
* Optimizing bot performance
