As a Travel Manager, You Will
* Motivating your branch team to provide an unparalleled customer experience
* Track and review sales performance and lead your team to hit targets and performance indicators and create a high-performance culture
* Develop, coach, and train your staff to aid their career development and progression
* Develop innovative ways to increase sales and customer engagement
* Taking overall accountability for the branch
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
* Leadership experience within sales or customer focused environments is essential
* Previous travel branch experience is essential
* A confident, sociable, and vibrant personality
* An ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers
