As an Outbound Sales Executive for Randd, you'll be at the forefront of our growth - driving business through engaging, high-quality conversations with business owners. You'll use your ability to connect and build rapport to discuss their Research & Development projects and expenditure.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B calls and create genuine, valuable connections with potential clients
* Book qualified appointments for our technical team
* Uncover new business opportunities within target industries
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey
* Utilise our CRM to manage prospects and track engagement
* Deliver first-class service with energy, empathy, and efficiency

Qualifications
* Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice (preferred, but not essential)
* Prior sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred)
* Confident communicator who excels at building relationships
* A strong closer - you know how to read buying signals and act on them
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven
* High energy and an enthusiastic, can-do approach
