The Role
This hands-on, operational HR role requires visibility across the business. Responsibilities include developing and embedding a people-focused approach that supports performance, engagement and long-term growth; providing guidance and building capability for managers; reviewing and implementing HR processes, ensuring consistency and introducing structure; driving initiatives around employee engagement, retention and development; supporting wider business objectives through workforce planning and operational improvement.
About You
* Experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, ideally in an operational or fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working autonomously and confident taking the lead in building and developing an HR function.
* Proactive, solutions-driven mindset, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Commercially aware, resilient, adaptable, and passionate about people and development.
