Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily fire protection, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
* Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
* Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
* Using your knowledge of fire protection within care homes, schools, libraries and social housing.
What you'll need:
* Strong experience in Social Housing - primarily fire, planned works, maintenance and repairs
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at work
* UK Driving Licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Ideally a FIRAS accreditation
