Description Inside Sales Executive - EMEA PURPOSE OF POSITION Based at our Brighton facility (on site/hybrid), to take ownership of existing and new customer accounts and opportunities across all product ranges within the allocated region. To build strong working relationships, maximizing revenue and margin. Identifying opportunities for product and market development within existing and new customers. Follow up of all allocated leads and enquiries. Update and maintain all systems as required, including but not limited to SAP/JDE and Salesforce, enabling accurate forecasting for sales and margin. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Proactive customer account management, (Primarily Phone, Teams etc with occasional face-face as and when required) Data analysis of customer accounts, market sectors and product groups of the named accounts Gathering and recording of market intelligence and competitive landscape information Qualifying Leads to Opportunities using Gems Standard Work procedures. Communication of pricing updates to customers Pricing negotiations with customers Take ownership and management of new OEM opportunities. Comfortable with Budget/quota responsibility for allocated accounts As part of a pair team covering a specific territory, supporting day to day business and interacting with the territory managers will be essential, that includes: Qualifying leads and passing them to the territory managers Supporting the territory managers internal engineering requests and customization requirements Handling a specific list of account within the territory EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Technical Skills/Knowledge Native German speaker preferred, English as strong second language, strong candidates with French, Spanish as native language also considered. Strong sales experience with a technical product (Controllers, Sensing technology) Relevant experience in Inside Sales, and/or Business Development in a technical sales or industrial environment Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel) Solid grounding and understanding of CRM. SFDC experience is a plus SAP Skills advantageous Soft skills Excellent communication skills both verbal/written Effective time management and personal organisation Demonstrates tenacity and drives for results. Problem solving & continuous improvement mentality. Resilient, empathetic Should possess high level of account management skills, but with a strong focus on Sales growth.
