About you
You will be highly organized individual who is used to working on your own initiative. You will have excellent IT skills and will be confident using Microsoft office and other data management systems. However, most importantly, you will be passionate about making things better for our most vulnerable young people and ensuring that they get the best opportunities to fulfil their potential.
About us
This post will be part of Trafford’s Virtual School and the post holder will support the team in its work to promote the education of looked after children, previously looked after children and Children in Need. This role will also provide a connection to council Aftercare services in supporting Post-18 Care experienced young people to access educational opportunities. Over time, you will develop a case load of young people who would benefit from bespoke mentoring support.
