Location: Coventry - CV2 2TA
Training: 2 week in Kemble Cotswolds' - Monday - Friday - Day Shift - (Hotels and Expenses covered) – This is a must and required should you be successful upon application/interview

We\'re now looking for a Customer Service Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

What you\'ll do
* To lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors, as a 21st Century Leader
* Building strong relationships across the team, suppliers, delivery locations and customers
* Carrying out basic HR tasks such as probation and performance reviews, 1:1\'s and back to work meetings
* Analysing and creating reports from data - reporting and presenting this to the Senior Team and Customer
Who this role would suit
* Have had at least 12-18 months in customer service experience - ideally management
* Exemplary customer service and customer management experience is essential
* An excellent communicator with a tenacious character
* Analytical with a great attention to detail, ideally will have experience with reporting and presenting data
* Excellent IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel
